Karly & Abe’s Elopement in St. Marys was the kind of day that stays with you. Calm in some moments, emotional in others, and layered with that “wow, this is really happening” energy from start to finish. From their quiet morning tucked inside a dreamy A-frame to standing in front of those giant Glacier peaks, everything unfolded in this effortless, heart-forward way. They were fully present, fully themselves, and honestly…It made the whole day feel so special!
Getting Ready at Stay Treetops During Your Elopement in St. Marys
The morning started at Stay Treetops, this woodsy A-frame cabin that feels like it was built for elopement mornings. Karly slipped into her gown, complete with the sleeves she designed herself (still obsessed, by the way) While sunlight poured through those tall windows. Abe got ready outside on the deck, surrounded by pine trees and that soft, early-day stillness. Their first look on the deck was sweet and emotional without needing any big production behind it. Just the two of them, taking each other in, grounding themselves for the day ahead. A long hug, a couple of teary smiles, and then hiking boots on, because yes, they were ready for whatever Glacier threw at them.
Ceremony & Portraits: A Soulful Elopement in St. Marys
Their ceremony took place in a private little field in St. Marys. Quiet, open, and framed by some of the most unreal mountains you’ll ever see! Audrey from Bespoke Ceremonies led a ceremony that felt so aligned with who Karly & Abe are. She had them close their eyes and feel the earth, guided them through knot tying, and held space for their vows in a way that felt deeply intentional.
After they officially tied the knot, we explored the east side of Glacier and hit all of their favorite spots. Lakes with colorful rocks, windy fields, cliffs, and quiet little pockets with insane views. Karly’s sleeves were floating everywhere, the wind was doing its thing, and they were just… happy. Running, exploring, taking it all in together. As the day shifted into golden light, the mountains went warm and soft, and it was the perfect ending to a very full, very meaningful day!
